Softball

We went to Kailee's last softball game last night. We had so much fun! Grandma Sue and Grandma Alice came and picked us up. On our way we picked up some food to eat. Grandma got us an ice cream, too bad DJ was sleeping! The boys loved watching the game for the first while, but got restless. We were so happy we could go see Kailee play in her game. She made 2 great hits and got some outs for the other team.

Miniature Animals

Today we decided to go on another adventure. We started out going to Grandma Sue's house so she could come with us. We played on the swings while we waited for her.When we arrived we had to wait in a line. The first animals we saw were a chicken and a duck. We even got to pet the duck!Then we got to pet a bunny, and boy was it soft!Then we got in the cage with the miniature goats, a miniature horse, and a sheep.

It was really fun being able to touch them!

We were going to go a park to eat lunch and play for awhile, but it got way too windy, so we will save that for another day.

Seven Peaks

For Alex's adoption day we decided to celebrate by going to the water park and boy did we have fun!

Here are some highlights.

Alex's Adoption Day

Happy Adoption Day Alexander Ames!

Today has been a long anticipated day for us. We went to the court house to have Alex's adoption finalized.

Judge Royal Hansen told us we are exceptional people for choosing adoption. We feel that we are so lucky to have adopted two amazing boys!

Playing With Our Friend

It was the last day of school today, so after I got off work I went and picked up the boys and headed for our friend's house. We are really excited to spend a lot of time with them! They have a fun splash pad and a sand box we played in since it has been such amazing weather.

Dance

Samantha called us the other night and invited us to her dance recital. We were excited to hear from them, and I go to her concert. Jason, unfortunately, had to go to class that night. Samantha just started dance in January and is at my sister's dance studio, so it is nice because I get to watch my niece, Marah and Samantha at the same time! They both did an amazing job in their dances!
