Our Last Game

We took the kids to the last home game we would be going to this year.  We love going to the game and getting immersed in the football feeling!
We park about a mile away in a free parking zone and walk to the stadium.  We enjoy the beautiful walk and it is a great way for the kids to get out some energy before being confined to a small area for so long.
Love this picture.  My boys LOVE football and their Daddy!

 Brothers watching the band together.

 What a stud!
We brought binoculars for them to see the plays better.
 Alex loved using them.
 DJ enjoyed them too.
Wonder what was happening up there?
 We love football!

Creating and Cousins

We got the play dough out and the boys loved it. DJ kept saying he was making something for Brie, so cute!
Later Grandma Sue and Grandpa E invited us out to watch our cousin, Brayden play football.  The boys love football so of course we went with them.  We took our footballs and had fun seeing Brayden play.  During half time Kailee took the boys out and played football with them.

Football Time

The Utes played on their home field again so we got to go watch them.  We love going to the stadium to cheer on our team!  The boys were excited and looking forward to going all day.  We had decided to take them to two games this season while they are still free and this will probably be the last game warm enough for them to go.  We had a great time and the boys did really good considering they are only two years old.  I am so glad that the boys love football and that we can spend time as a family watching the game!

Everyone all decked out in Utah gear ready for the game to start.
Mommy and her boys at the game.
Daddy with DJ watching the Utes.  (I forgot to take any of Alex with Daddy)
It was a late game and got a little chilly so the boys were all decked out in their gloves and hats.

 These boys LOVE football!
We were sad that the Utes lost, but it was fun watching them play and cheering them on!

Utah vs BYU

We have season tickets to the Utah football games. The big rivalry game was in Utah this year, so we were able to go. We decided to have the boys stay with Grandma Sue and Grandpa E so we could actually watch the game. Plus it was super late when it started.

Before the game started.
I love seeing the sea of red people.
We are in the North end zone. We are a really good end zone because we are really loud and BYU false started a lot when they were down near our end. It was so loud, I had to plug my ears on the third downs. The game was intense, but after two false wins, with the crowd rushing the field both times, Utah pulled out a win!
It was fun to be there in the action. Since we didn't take DJ and Alex with us, DJ is now saying he wanted a 'Y' shirt like everyone at Grandma's house. I talked to DJ before we left that night and told him that everyone was going to be saying 'Go Cougars' but he should say 'Go Utes'. Apparently it is hard to remember that when you are only two. The next day I asked him if he said go cougars and he denied everything.

Game Time

Football season is here again! Last night we went to the first of many great games. The boys were so excited to go. Alex didn't have a Utah shirt so earlier in the day we went and found him one. As the time grew near we couldn't wait to go to the stadium.
We drove up to the stadium. DJ slept the whole way because he refused to take a nap.

Our usual parking lot was full so we had to find a new place to park. We had a bit of a walk, but it was fun. We love our seats! We are in the north endzone. The boys saw the field and couldn't take their eyes off of it for quite some time.

It started to rain a little so the boys got in my jacket together. We were surprised at how they just sat their sharing the jacket. It soon stopped raining and they both wanted out immediately!
We bought some popcorn to share. Little did we know how great of a purchase it was. .
We ate it, used it for a drum,
and wore it as a hat.

As we were leaving we saw Swoop and got to take a picture with him. DJ was excited, but Alex was scared. Then we made our journey back to the car.
It was a great night, and we are looking forward to many more games!

Blaze Football

We went to the Blaze game last night with our family and some friends. The boys had a good time. In the beginning they couldn't take their eyes off the game, but then they got the wiggles.

I love my boys!
We are excited to go to more events with our passes we got.
