We have been looking forward to this day for so long and has finally arrived, off to Ohio.
We got up super early and Kurt came out and took us to the airport. The lines were really long so we were a little stressed out about making our flight.
The boys did so good rolling their luggage in!
After we checked our luggage and got through security it was time to board. It was nice not having to entertain the boys waiting to board the plane. The boys admiring our plane as we were about to board.
We were supper excited to be on our way!
DJ and Mommy were fly buddies and Alex and Daddy were paired up.
This is the perfect way to fly with 4 year-olds!
They watched movies or played games almost the entire plane ride.
DJ was sitting by the window but noticed the girl sitting next to us and he requested to switch seats. I said no but when he went to the bathroom he refused to sit in his original seat. This boy is obsessed with pretty girls!

We had a short layover in Chicago. It was long enough to eat some food, but not too long to have to keep the boys entertained.

We were super excited to see mama Ashley and Derek again!We met up and gave her a present, but the picture came out super blurry.

It was such a perfect day!
The flights went well and seeing Ashley and Derek in person after a year was so wonderful! We are looking forward to a week full of fun, family, adventure, and love!
