Placed Campaign

All of these boys are adopted and are all a huge part of my life!

Many people use incorrect verbiage that hurts (usually unintentionally).

Recently a placed campaign has started to make people aware of what they are saying and the correct verbiage.  I am a huge adoption advocate and want to help in this campaign where I can.

All of these boys have birth parents that gave them life, gave them love, and placed them!  

Please be aware, and help get the word out that the words given up or given away aren't the correct way to talk about adoption!  Birth parents choose the family they place with and don't give up their child and in many cases they are still in the child's life through open adoption.

We are so grateful for the open adoptions we have with our boys' birth families!  Our boys will always know that they are adopted and the love their birth families have for them!
