Zoo Day

We got to play with our cousins this week.  We took Bryndee and Brighton to the zoo with us.

 We rode the train, it had been closed for a long time because of the new updates they have been doing at the zoo.

 We came home and played with Legos.

We had fun playing with the girls while we tended them during the week.

Our Favorite Little Man

We got to hang out with our favorite little man today.  I love watching DJ play with Jax!

 

Of course we had to play ball too.

 Jax came out and watched the big boys play ball.

 One day soon this little guy is going to be out running around with DJ and Alex!

Air Show

We took frontrunner up north to Hill Air Force base to watch the air show.

 It was fun sitting in the top section of the train.

 We climbed in a lot of planes and got to see all of the controls and experience what it would be like to be in the Air Force.  This plane is one that refuels another mid-air.

It was a great experience seeing all of the planes that are used and how enormous they are.

We couldn't resist getting a bite to eat.

 We got to climb on a tank.

 We got to hold big guns.

 They were kind of heavy.

 We liked the machine gun.

 Boys and guns, you can't go wrong there.

 This is how many of the pictures I took turned out, they would just wave and keep going. 

It was so much fun seeing all of the Air Force equipment.  We watched the some of the air show too, but I didn't take any pictures.  It was so neat watching all of the maneuvers the pilots were able to do!  Going to this event gave me a greater appreciation for the men and women in the Armed Forces!

Dinner Ride

We had a dinner ride with the motorcycle club we are a part of tonight. 

 It was a long ride because dinner was up in Brigham City, but it was a great ride.

 I am so excited for when they are big enough to ride on the back for the longer rides.

 We had a great night!  I sure do miss my little boys when we go out, but it is important that Jason and I have dates and make sure we have a great relationship.

Art and Water Day

 Today we did a couple different types of art activities.  We started with bubble painting.

 They thought it was fun to see all of the bubbles and the patterns they made.

Who doesn't love blowing bubbles in their cups?

After bubble painting we took turns cutting and doing spin art.

 It is fun to watch the paint twirl around.

 We got a package from Amazon so the boys wanted to decorate it.

They had a great time coloring and drawing with markers.

DJ is getting pretty good with his drawings.

 He is also enjoying writing and is getting really good with all of his letters.

After spending the morning doing art we went outside and mowed the lawns and then put up the slip and slide for the boys.  This is how they like to play with water things usually so,

 when daddy got home from work he showed them how it was done.

 After a quick lesson on how to use the slip and slide the boys had a fun time sliding.

 They started getting the hang of it too.

 We got the slip and slide from mama Ashley last year and have fallen in love with all of the fun it provides!

Splash Pad and Playground

Our friend invited us to their play group at a splash pad and playground today.

 What is up with this?  I am not sure, but I am pretty sure it is a boy thing.

 DJ has finally started to enjoy splash pads this year.  It was fun watching him play in the water!

 The playground next to the splash pad was amazing too!

 We climbed around.

 We will be going back here soon!

 Because this place is just too much fun!

We love going out and having fun together!
