The Great Salt Lake

We took an adventure out to the Great Salt Lake today.

We climbed the big rock

 We made it to the very top of the rock and took selfies.

 Good thing it is 'selfie Sunday'

 What a handsome little man!

 And this adorable stud muffin!

 We walked out to get close to the water's edge.  

 The boys played by jumping from 'pod' to 'pod'

 Let's pause for a daddy son moment.

 I am so grateful I am able to spend time with my boys!  They are my world!

 DJ is an amazing jumper!

 We played tag while running on the beach.

 I got the boys to pose for another picture (DJ has a bird on his head).

 They loved that the water was just skimming the sand so we could walk through it.

 We wrote our names in the sand.

 I told them that the ground was super salty because of the water.  They wanted to taste it so they licked the ground.  DJ liked the taste when he licked it so he took a big bite and realized it wasn't all it was cracked up to be.

 What a perfect way to spend a Sunday, TOGETHER!
