Vacation

We have been looking forward to this day for a long time!  We planned a little family get-away.

We stopped and got the boys a treat to snack on and gave them a new movie to watch, Frozen.

We don't watch movies in the car unless it is a long drive so the boys were hooked!

We had a couple of pit stops, but with boys it isn't so bad! 

 We stopped in Scipio to see the amazing petting zoo.

Our first big stop was Goblin Valley.  The boys were a little concerned about 'Goblins' but quickly realized they weren't real and were so excited!

We have been working on walking with the boys so they could hike really well.  It seems that it worked because they are both little hikers!

 They loved climbing all over the goblins!

 We got the boys their own water pack and compass.  We knew this would get them more excited about hiking because they had their own gear to use.

 We had so much fun hiking around and exploring the goblins!

 We found a little place for a lunch break.

 DJ wanted to be in the front exploring and finding good paths.

 Daddy started teaching the boys how to climb up and down steep cliffs.  

 They caught on fast!

 This boy almost gave me a heart attack a couple of times!  He has no fear.

 Good thing he has really good coordination!
