We spent the day at the zoo with family today.
Caryle, DJ (closest he has ever gotten to this elephant, he hates it), Marah, Alex, and Kailee

We went to the bird show today. We took pictures while we waited.
DJ stood up and wrapped his arm around my neck all by himself, melt my heart!

Made friends with a river otter.
Played with polar bears.

Alex raced on a cheetah.
DJ rode on a red panda.
We enjoyed watching the crocodiles.
What is with boys and this stinky reptile house? This is their favorite part of the entire zoo, the snakes are always what they look forward to the most.
We became part of a gorilla family.
We examined their skulls.
We were so happy to try out being an ape for a short time,
but we just didn't measure up.
We love going to the zoo, especially with friends and family!
We are excited to go back soon!
