Grateful to be Free

Happy Independence Day!  Our neighborhood had an annual BBQ and fireworks and we had so much fun at it.
Only picture I got as an entire family watching fireworks.
We are so blessed to live in this beautiful, free nation!  We thank all of the men and woman that have served and are serving now to help keep our country free.

Jungle Jim's and Playing Poolside

Our friend invited us to go to Jungle Jims with them today.
The boys had a blast riding all of the rides.
Well, most of the rides.  When they were on this one the person in charge was daydreaming I think and let them go extra long.  Both of the boys looked a little green when they got off. Needless to say they didn't go back on this ride again.
 They loved the bumper cars.
They had a blast crashing into each other.
Another favorite was the bounce houses.
Before we left DJ requested riding the carousel.
Later we moved the pool and played a little pool basketball.
 They had a great time.

Our Day

This is what may of my mornings look like because the boys like to go riding their scooters up and down the street.
Later Alex was napping and we went and played army downstairs.
This kid loves his army toys!

Tie Dying

Grandma wanted to tie dye some shirts for the 4th of July and of course we were in for some fun!
We had a lot of fun making them.
The red is more of a pink but we love how they turned out!

Thanks grandma Sue!

Splashing and Learning to Drive

We took daddy to the splash pad tonight and had a blast.
Daddy taught Alex how to squirt the water at someone with his feet.
Since we live so close to the splash pad Alex got a little driving lesson.

Cousin TIme

We had a great time with our cousins today.  We splashed around in the pool.
 And played on the swingset.
We love it when cousins come over!
